Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon cloves
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger
  • 2 cups pumpkin

Instructions

  1. Whisk all dry ingredients together in a large bowl.
  2. Add the eggs and vegetable oil and mix well.
  3. Add the pumpkin and beat until smooth.
  4. Place the batter in a Tupperware 3-quart casserole with the cone.
  5. Microwave on 70% power for 18 minutes.
  6. Let stand for at least 10 minutes.
  7. Sprinkle with powdered sugar or drizzle with powdered sugar glaze.
  8. Frost with orange frosting for a decorative touch.
