Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb ground deer meat
  • 1 medium onion, chopped fine
  • 1 garlic clove, chopped fine
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 8 ounces shredded or grated cheese
  • tortilla chips
  • black olives, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a greased casserole dish, layer the ground deer mixture.
  2. Add a layer of tortilla chips, then top with grated cheese and chopped black olives.
  3. Repeat the layering until all the deer mixture is used.
  4. Bake in a 300°F oven for 45 minutes.
