Deer Meatloaf
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground deer meat ⓘ
- 1/2 lb lean sausage meat
- 3 slices soft bread, torn into pieces ⓘ
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped ⓘ
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper ⓘ
- 1/4 teaspoon sage ⓘ
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 cup milk ⓘ
- 1 1/4 teaspoons salt ⓘ
- 1 egg ⓘ
- 1/2 cup bell pepper, chopped ⓘ
- 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard ⓘ
- 1/4 teaspoon celery salt ⓘ
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce ⓘ
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Mix all the above ingredients thoroughly.
- Bake for 1 1/2 hours or until done.
