Ingredients

  • 3 to 4 chicken breasts, cooked and diced
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 rolls Ritz crackers, crushed
  • 1 stick oleo, melted

Instructions

  1. In the bottom of a large casserole dish, place one package of crushed Ritz crackers.
  2. Mix the cooked and diced chicken breasts, cream of chicken soup, and sour cream together, then layer this mixture over the crushed crackers.
  3. Add another layer of crushed Ritz crackers on top of the chicken mixture.
  4. Pour the melted oleo over the top layer of crackers.
  5. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 15 to 30 minutes until hot and bubbly.
