Ingredients

  • 2 c. grated raw carrots
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 c. coconut flakes
  • 2 Tbsp. sour cream
  • 1/2 c. crushed pineapple
  • 2 Tbsp. honey
  • 2 Tbsp. salad dressing
  • 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Blend until well mixed.
  3. Let set in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
  4. Add more honey if desired before serving.
