Ingredients

  • green chilies
  • sour cream
  • cheddar cheese
  • pimentos
  • mario ripe olives
  • ground beef

Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef, add seasoning mix as directed, and simmer for 10 minutes.
  2. Allow the meat to cool, then spread it as the bottom layer in a dish.
  3. Spread salsa on top of the cooled ground beef.
  4. Sprinkle with half of the cheddar cheese.
  5. Add green olives over the cheese layer.
  6. Spread sour cream evenly over the olives.
  7. Layer green chilies on top of the sour cream.
  8. Top with the remaining cheddar cheese.
  9. Serve with two 10-ounce bags of tortilla chips.
