Ingredients

  • 6 oz. frozen avocado dip, thawed
  • 3 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 8 oz. cooked roast beef or turkey, sliced
  • leaf lettuce
  • 4 oz. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • alfalfa sprouts
  • salsa or taco sauce
  • 8-inch flour tortillas, softened

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine the thawed frozen avocado dip and softened cream cheese; blend well.
  2. Spread each softened flour tortilla evenly with the avocado mixture, leaving within 1/2 inch of the edge.
  3. Arrange slices of cooked roast beef or turkey, leaf lettuce, shredded Monterey Jack cheese, and alfalfa sprouts over the avocado mixture on each tortilla.
  4. Spoon on the desired amount of salsa or taco sauce. If making ahead, omit the salsa and add it just before serving.
  5. Roll up each tortilla to form a sandwich and secure with a toothpick.
  6. Serve immediately or wrap securely in plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve.
