Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb ground beef
  • 1 small box Ronco lasagna
  • 1 can Old El Paso enchilada sauce (mild)
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • 8 oz shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup Velveeta cheese shredded
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon parsley flakes

Instructions

  1. Cook lasagna in boiling water with 1 tablespoon oil until tender, adding strips one at a time to prevent sticking.
  2. Drain hot water and rinse with warm water to handle.
  3. Saute chopped onion until soft; set aside.
  4. Brown ground beef in a skillet and drain excess fat.
  5. Add sautéed onion, tomato sauce, and enchilada sauce to the cooked beef.
  6. Simmer the mixture for about 20 minutes, adding water if the sauce is too thick.
