Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. milk
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 green pepper
  • 1/2 cup cheese
  • 1 slice ham
  • 1/2 tomato

Instructions

  1. Beat eggs and milk in a small bowl.
  2. Chop tomato, ham, green pepper, and cheese into small chunks.
  3. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  4. Pour the beaten eggs into the skillet like a pancake.
  5. Cook on one side until mostly set.
  6. Turn the eggs over quickly to cook the other side briefly.
  7. Add chopped ham, cheese, green pepper, and tomato to one side of the omelet.
  8. Fold the omelet in half over the filling and cook on one side briefly.
  9. Turn the omelet over and cook on the other side until fully cooked.
