Ingredients

  • 1 to 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 Tbsp. catsup
  • 2 tsp. mustard
  • 2 tsp. horseradish sauce
  • 1/3 c. chopped onions
  • salt and pepper
  • hamburger buns

Instructions

  1. Mix ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, catsup, mustard, horseradish sauce, chopped onions, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Spread the mixture evenly on one-half of a hamburger bun.
  3. Broil the assembled burger for 5 to 10 minutes in a preheated oven.
