- Place bread crumbs in a large plastic bag.
- Add chicken breasts to the bag and shake to coat with bread crumbs.
- Heat olive oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat.
- Cook chicken on each side until browned.
- Add wine, savory, salt, and pepper to the skillet.
- Cover and reduce heat to simmer.
- Cook for 15 minutes or until chicken is done.
- Remove chicken and mushrooms with a slotted spoon.
- Add lemon juice and mustard to the skillet and stir well.
- Cook for 2 minutes.
- Spoon the sauce over the chicken and mushrooms.
