Ingredients

  • 1 lb. crab meat
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs
  • butter (size of walnut)
  • 1 cup canned milk
  • juice of 2 lemons
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 tsp. mustard

Instructions

  1. Cook the eggs until hard-boiled.
  2. While hot, mash the eggs in a casserole dish with butter.
  3. Add the crab meat to the mixture.
  4. Add salt, pepper, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, and canned milk.
  5. Stir everything together until well combined.
  6. Sprinkle cracker crumbs on top and dot with butter.
  7. Bake at 375°F for approximately 30 minutes until heated through and golden on top.
  8. Be sure to pull the crab meat apart before mixing.
