Ingredients

  • 6 hard-cooked eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. paprika
  • 1 tsp. prepared mustard

Instructions

  1. Mash the yolks with mayonnaise, vinegar, salt, pepper, paprika, and prepared mustard until smooth.
  2. Refill the egg white halves with the yolk mixture.
  3. Sprinkle a dash of paprika over each filled egg.
  4. Top each egg with a slice of olive before serving.
