Deviled Veal Continental
Ingredients
Instructions
- Dust veal lightly with flour; mix with paprika, salt and pepper.
- Heat oil in skillet.
- Add veal and saute quickly until golden all over.
- Remove veal.
- Add onion to pan drippings and saute few minutes.
- Stir in consomme and mustard and cook to blend flavors.
- Return veal to pan.
- Cover and simmer about 15 minutes until veal is tender.
- Just before serving, blend in yogurt.
- Makes 4 servings.
