- Combine the entire jar of catsup and horseradish to make the cocktail sauce.
- Mix 2/3 of the cocktail sauce with softened cream cheese using a mixer until smooth and lump-free.
- Set aside the remaining cocktail sauce.
- Drain one bag of frozen tiny salad shrimp, removing as much excess water as possible.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture into a serving dish.
- Layer the drained crab meat on top of the cream cheese mixture.
- Add the drained shrimp on top of the crab meat layer and chill.
- Serve with Ritz crackers.
