Ingredients

  • 1/2 box raisins
  • 2 cups water
  • 2/3 cup oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 12 packs powdered artificial sweetener
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon allspice
  • 1 (10 oz) can unsweetened apple sauce

Instructions

  1. Cook raisins in water until plump.
  2. Drain the raisins.
  3. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well by hand.
  4. Grease and flour a tube pan.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
  6. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 1 hour.
