Ingredients

  • 1 can French-style green beans, drained
  • 1 (4 oz.) jar chopped mushrooms, drained
  • 1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. onion flakes
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • 1 Tbsp. soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Mix the drained green beans, drained chopped mushrooms, garlic powder, onion flakes, onion powder, soy sauce, and wine vinegar in a bowl.
  2. Cover and refrigerate overnight to marinate.
  3. Whirl the mixture in a blender until smooth.
  4. Use as a dip or dressing for lettuce and tomato salad.
