Ingredients

  • 24 oz. can V-8 juice or tomato juice
  • 24 oz. can water
  • 1/2 pkg. frozen green beans
  • 1/2 lb. fresh carrots
  • 1/2 medium onion
  • 1/2 stalk celery
  • 1/2 medium head cabbage

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a large pot.
  2. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 1 to 2 hours.
