Ingredients

  • 2 lb fresh squash, chopped
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1/4 stick margarine
  • 1 cup saltine crackers, crumbled
  • 2 eggs, well beaten
  • 1 cup sharp cheese or Cheddar, grated
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
