Ingredients

  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. basil
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 3 Tbsp. olive oil

Instructions

  1. Beat the first five ingredients (pepper, olive oil, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, basil) well with a wire whisk.
  2. Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil and beat well.
  3. Add the remaining ingredients: vinegar and 3 tablespoons of olive oil.
  4. Beat until all ingredients are combined.
  5. Stir the vinaigrette into pasta salad.
