Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup dill pickles, finely diced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 package soft cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon dill pickle juice
  • 1/2 cup minced onion

Instructions

  1. Combine cream cheese and dill pickle juice until smooth.
  2. Add the finely diced dill pickles, minced garlic, minced onion, and remaining ingredients.
  3. Blend thoroughly until well mixed.
  4. If a creamier dip is desired, add 1 to 2 tablespoons of milk and mix.
  5. Chill before serving and garnish with parsley flakes.
