Ingredients

  • 10 oz. Angel Flake coconut
  • 1/2 c. margarine, softened
  • 3 c. pecans
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 c. boxed powdered sugar
  • 1 can Eagle Brand condensed milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 4 small (6 oz.) or 2 large (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
  • solid shortening

Instructions

  1. Mix the angel flake coconut, softened margarine, pecans, salt, powdered sugar, condensed milk, and vanilla in a large bowl and freeze.
  2. Roll the mixture into balls or small thin logs.
  3. Insert toothpicks into the balls and freeze.
