Ingredients

  • 20 oz. chocolate cookies (vanilla cream filled)
  • 7 oz. instant vanilla pudding (two 3.5 oz. packages)
  • 3 1/2 cups milk
  • 12 oz. whipped cream
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • spring flowers (real or artificial)
  • 8-inch plastic flower pot

Instructions

  1. Crumble the cookies (3 at a time) in a blender or food processor and divide into 3 equal portions.
  2. Using a mixer, cream together the cream cheese, butter, and powdered sugar.
  3. Set aside the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Mix the milk and pudding until well combined.
  5. Add the whipped cream to the pudding mixture and fold gently.
  6. Combine the pudding mixture with the cream cheese mixture.
  7. Seal holes in the flower pot with freezer tape and place a circle of foil or waxed paper in the bottom.
  8. Layer the crumbled cookies and pudding mixture in the flower pot, creating a 'dirt' effect.
  9. Top with spring flowers for decoration and serve.
