Ingredients

  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 cup white rice
  • 1 large onion
  • 4 beef bouillon cubes
  • 4 cups boiling water
  • 1/2 green pepper

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the beef bouillon cubes in boiling water.
  2. Melt margarine in a skillet; add rice and chopped onion and brown the mixture.
  3. When browned, remove the rice from heat.
  4. Add chopped green pepper, dissolved bouillon, and mushroom soup to the rice mixture.
  5. Pour the mixture into a deep baking dish.
  6. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.
