Ingredients

  • 5 lb. red potatoes
  • 5 hard-boiled eggs
  • 3/4 cup celery
  • 3/4 cup onion
  • 1 pint sour cream
  • 1 quart mayonnaise
  • 3 Tbsp. dill weed
  • 1 tsp. salt

Instructions

  1. Boil potatoes with skin until tender, then let them cool.
  2. Once cool, peel and dice the potatoes.
  3. Dice the hard-boiled eggs, celery, and onion.
  4. In a bowl, mix sour cream and mayonnaise together.
  5. Add diced potatoes, eggs, celery, and onion to the dressing.
  6. Stir well to combine all ingredients.
  7. Add salt and dill weed, then mix again.
  8. Chill the potato salad before serving.
