Ingredients

  • 6 heaping c. bran
  • 1 3/4 c. honey
  • 5 c. flour (2 c. white, 3 c. whole wheat)
  • 5 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 4 slightly beaten eggs
  • 1 c. oil
  • 1 qt. buttermilk

Instructions

  1. Dump everything into a large bowl.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Cover in airtight container and store in refrigerator.
  4. This mixture will store for up to 6 weeks in the refrigerator or 3 to 6 months in the freezer.
