Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can Cheddar cheese soup
  • 1/4 pound chipped beef
  • 3 tablespoons chopped onion
  • 1 cup uncooked macaroni
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs

Instructions

  1. Stir the cream of mushroom soup with milk; add all ingredients except eggs.
  2. Mix thoroughly; fold in the chopped hard-boiled eggs.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish.
  4. Refrigerate overnight.
  5. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour covered.
  6. Uncover and bake for an additional 30 minutes until heated through and bubbly.
