Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 cup long grain white rice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon chopped onion
  • 1 (10 oz.) can tomato soup
  • 1/2 cup water

Instructions

  1. Combine ground beef, uncooked rice, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and chopped onion in a bowl.
  2. Shape the mixture into meatballs and place them into a 12-inch Dutch oven.
  3. Mix the tomato soup and water together in a separate bowl.
  4. Pour the soup mixture over the meatballs in the Dutch oven.
  5. Cover and bake for 1 hour until cooked through.
