Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef or chuck
  • 1 cup chopped onions
  • 1 bouillon cube
  • 1 (3 oz.) package cream cheese
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup catsup
  • 1/2 cup grated cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuits

Instructions

  1. Brown and drain the ground beef.
  2. Combine chopped onions, bouillon cube, cream cheese, cream of celery soup, milk, catsup, grated cheese, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Mix the cooked beef with the combined ingredients.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a 2-quart casserole dish and bake at 350°F for 10 minutes.
  5. Place refrigerated biscuits on top of the casserole and bake at 375°F for about 15 minutes or until biscuits are done.
