Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 lb. ground pork sausage
  • 1 lb. Velveeta, diced
  • 2 tsp. oregano

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef and ground pork sausage.
  2. Add oregano and Velveeta cheese to the cooked meats.
  3. Stir over low heat until the cheese is melted and the mixture is combined.
  4. Spread the mixture over cocktail rye slices.
  5. Bake at 400° to 425° for 10 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
