Ingredients

  • 1 pkg Doritos
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 can Old El Paso green chili enchilada sauce
  • salt and pepper
  • onions

Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef and chopped onions; drain excess fat.
  2. Add cream of mushroom soup, cream of celery soup, and simmer for 10 minutes.
  3. Stir in Old El Paso green chili enchilada sauce and heat through.
  4. Pour a layer of Doritos into a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
  5. Spread the beef and sauce mixture over the Doritos.
  6. Top with grated Cheddar cheese.
  7. Bake at 350°F until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
