Ingredients

  • 3 cups self-rising flour
  • 1 cup melted margarine
  • 1 cup chopped nuts
  • 3 cups powdered sugar
  • 8 oz. cream cheese

Instructions

  1. Mix together flour, melted margarine, and 1 cup chopped nuts and press into a large pie plate to form the crust.
  2. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 15 minutes until golden brown.
  3. Remove from oven and let cool.
  4. Spread the cream cheese over the cooled crust.
  5. Sift the powdered sugar and sprinkle over the cream cheese layer.
  6. Top with remaining chopped nuts if desired and serve.
