Ingredients

  • 2 (10 oz.) packages chopped frozen broccoli, cooked and drained
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup grated sharp cheese
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 1/4 cup white bread cubes

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine cooked and drained broccoli, cream of chicken soup, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, grated sharp cheese, and beaten eggs in a bowl.
  3. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.
  5. Toss white bread cubes with melted margarine to make bread crumbs.
  6. Top the casserole with the bread crumbs.
  7. Bake uncovered for 45 minutes to 1 hour, until bubbly and golden on top.
