Double Peanut Cookie

Ingredients

  • 1 c. oleo
  • 1 c. white sugar
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. peanut butter
  • 2 1/2 c. sifted flour
  • 2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 c. coarsely chopped, salted cocktail peanuts

Instructions

  1. Thoroughly cream together first five ingredients.
  2. Beat in peanut butter.
  3. Sift together flour and soda.
  4. Blend into creamed mixture.
  5. Stir in peanuts.
  6. Shape dough into balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet.
  7. Flatten with glass dipped in granulated sugar.
  8. Bake in a 350° oven about 10 minutes.
  9. Makes 5 dozen.
