Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Melt the brown sugar, butter, chopped pecans, and milk in a saucepan.
  2. Mix the remaining milk, sour cream, and pudding mix until smooth.
  3. Bake the pie shell according to your recipe or package instructions.
  4. Spread the pudding mixture on the bottom of the baked pie shell and bake for 10 minutes.
  5. Allow the pie to cool slightly, then top with Cool Whip.
  6. Garnish with additional chopped pecans before serving.
