Ingredients

  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 2 c. white sugar
  • 1 c. cream
  • 2/3 c. light corn syrup
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Instructions

  1. Boil the mixture until a soft ball forms, at 240°F.
  2. Let the mixture sit until it cools.
  3. Beat the cooled mixture until it becomes creamy.
  4. Drop spoonfuls onto wax paper.
  5. Place 1/2 nuts on top of each piece.
