Ingredients

  • 5 slices bacon
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 1/4 cup minced onion
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/3 cup vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 bunch leaf lettuce

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients except lettuce; add to bacon and heat just to boiling, stirring constantly.
