Instructions
- Layer half of the sausage meat in the bottom of a baking dish.
- Add the diced raw potatoes over the meat.
- Spread the chopped onion evenly on top.
- Add the shredded cabbage over the onion.
- Season with 1 tablespoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon pepper.
- Top with the remaining sausage meat.
- Pour 1 to 2 cups of water over the ingredients.
- Cover the dish and bake in a 350°F oven for 1 1/2 hours.
