Ingredients

  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1 c. oil
  • 1 c. cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 4 tsp. pepper
  • 3 Tbsp. poultry seasoning

Instructions

  1. Beat eggs, add oil and beat again.
  2. Mix in rest of ingredients.
  3. Add chicken pieces and marinate in refrigerator over night.
  4. Makes 6 chicken halves.
