E-Z Cabbage Rolls
Juicy cabbage rolls filled with seasoned ground beef, rice, and onion, baked in tomato soup for a comforting, family-friendly dish with rich flavors.

- Immerse cabbage in a large kettle of boiling water for 3 to 5 minutes or until leaves are limp; separate leaves.
- Mix ground beef, chopped onion, and cooked rice; season with salt and pepper.
- Add one can of tomato soup to the meat mixture and stir well.
- Place about 1/4 cup of the meat mixture on each cabbage leaf; fold sides of the leaf to the center and roll the leaf around the filling.
- Place the rolled cabbage leaves seam side down in a baking dish.
- Pour the remaining can of tomato soup over the cabbage rolls.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 1 hour until cooked through and tender.
