Ingredients

  • 1 can Hormel beanless chili
  • 1 package Philadelphia cream cheese
  • 1 diced onion
  • 2 cups Mozzarella or Monterey Jack cheese
  • 2 jalapeno peppers

Instructions

  1. Soften the cream cheese and spread it in the bottom of a baking dish.
  2. Spread the Hormel beanless chili evenly over the cream cheese.
  3. Add the diced onion on top of the chili.
  4. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella or Monterey Jack cheese over the onion.
  5. Slice the jalapeno peppers and place them on top of the cheese.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes at 300°F or until the dip is bubbly.
