Ingredients

  • 6 to 8 chicken breasts (skinless and boneless)
  • 2 (8 oz.) cans diced tomatoes
  • 1 large jar sliced mushrooms, drained
  • 1 can sliced olives, drained
  • 1 lb. pasta

Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts in a long baking dish.
  2. Pour diced tomatoes, sliced mushrooms, and sliced olives over the chicken.
  3. Cover and bake at 400°F for 1 hour.
  4. During the last 10 minutes of baking, prepare pasta according to package instructions.
  5. Drain the cooked pasta and toss with butter.
  6. Serve the chicken mixture over the pasta.
