Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup melted margarine
  • 1 (8 oz.) low-fat Cool Whip
  • 1 (8 oz.) sour cream
  • 1 package instant vanilla pudding
  • Fresh fruit (strawberries or bananas or both)

Instructions

  1. Combine graham cracker crumbs and sugar in a bowl.
  2. Add melted margarine and mix until well coated.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a serving dish to form a crust.
  4. In a separate bowl, fold together the Cool Whip, sour cream, and vanilla pudding until smooth.
  5. Spread the creamy mixture over the graham cracker crust.
  6. Top with fresh fruit such as strawberries or bananas.
  7. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
