Ingredients

  • 2 lb. pkg. frozen hash browns
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 Tbsp. minced onion
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1 to 2 c. Velveeta cheese

Instructions

  1. Melt together butter, cream of chicken soup, minced onion, sour cream, and Velveeta cheese.
  2. Pour the melted mixture over the frozen hash browns in a baking dish.
