Ingredients

  • 1 Bama 9-inch graham cracker crust
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 (8 oz.) packages softened cream cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • dash of salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Instructions

  1. Combine sugar, softened cream cheese, lemon juice, salt, and vanilla in a mixing bowl.
  2. Begin to blend ingredients together.
  3. Beat eggs into the mixture, one at a time.
  4. Pour the mixture into the unbaked graham cracker crust.
  5. Bake at 350°F for 30 to 35 minutes.
  6. Chill before serving.
  7. Garnish with your favorite fruit topping.
