- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Spray a cookie sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
- Mix shredded Cheddar cheese, egg product, buttermilk, and sour cream in a large bowl.
- Stir in flour, baking powder, and salt until the dough leaves the sides of the bowl.
- Divide the dough into two halves.
- Turn each half onto a lightly floured surface; gently roll in flour to coat and shape into a ball.
- Pat or roll each ball into a 9-inch circle.
- Cut each circle into 6 wedges.
- Roll up each wedge, starting at the wide end, with points underneath.
- Place the rolls on the prepared cookie sheet and curve slightly.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and transfer to a wire rack to cool.
