Ingredients

  • 17 oz. can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 17 oz. can cream-style corn
  • 8 oz. carton sour cream
  • 8 1/2 oz. package corn muffin mix
  • 2 eggs
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 cup grated Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Combine the drained whole kernel corn, cream-style corn, sour cream, corn muffin mix, eggs, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  2. Pour the mixture into a baking dish.
  3. Sprinkle the grated Cheddar cheese evenly over the top.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 40 minutes until golden and bubbly.
