Easy Chicken-Rice Divan

Instructions
- Cook broccoli according to package directions; drain.
- Arrange broccoli in a 12 x 7 1/2 x 2-inch dish.
- Sprinkle with half the Parmesan cheese; top with cooked chicken or turkey.
- Season meat with salt and pepper; spoon cooked rice over.
- Melt butter or margarine in a saucepan; blend in flour.
- Add milk all at once; cook and stir until bubbly.
- Cook 2 minutes more; remove from heat.
- Stir in lemon juice; fold in sour cream.
- Pour sauce evenly over chicken and rice mixture.
- Sprinkle remaining Parmesan cheese on top.
- Bake in a 400° oven for 15 to 18 minutes.
