Ingredients

  • 1 box lasagne noodles
  • 1 large jar spaghetti sauce with mushrooms
  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 1 lb. sweet Italian sausage
  • 1 lb. cottage cheese
  • 1 lb. Ricotta cheese
  • 3 to 4 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook lasagne noodles; drain.
  2. Brown hamburger and Italian sausage together; drain.
  3. Combine cottage cheese and Ricotta cheese in a bowl.
  4. Put spaghetti sauce in a bowl and add the cooked meat mixture.
  5. Stir both cheese mixture and meat sauce well.
