Ingredients

  • 7 oz. spaghetti
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 2 onions
  • 2/3 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1 can chopped mushrooms
  • 32 oz. jar spaghetti sauce
  • 4 c. Mozzarella cheese
  • thin sliced pepperoni

Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti and rinse in hot water.
  2. Add beaten eggs and butter; mix well.
  3. Brown hamburger and onions.
  4. Add Parmesan cheese and chopped mushrooms.
  5. Layer the mixture in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
  6. Pour spaghetti sauce over the meat mixture.
  7. Top with Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, and sliced pepperoni.
  8. Cover with foil and bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
